Abstract Submission now open – Call for Abstracts

Abstract Submission Information

Dates/Deadlines:

The abstract submission is now open!

The deadline for abstract submission is
April 25, 2019 (midnight CET).

Submitting Procedure:
NEW: The presenting author must submit the abstract (as the abstract certificate – in case of acceptance – will be also linked to the corresponding vEANM record).

In order to enter the EANM Abstract Submission System, a vEANM account is necessary. It is free of charge and can be created anytime here.

With your vEANM credentials (username/password) you can login not only for the abstract system (→ vAbstract Submission), but also for the congress registration and downloading your certificates after the congress.

Abstract Submission Key Facts:

Abstracts should not exceed 400 words (excluding title and authors) and should be well structured stating:
Aim/Introduction:
Materials and Methods:
Results:
Conclusion:
References:
(if applicable)

The single parts of the abstract must be copied into the corresponding fields of the submission system.  Abstract may not include graphics or pictures. Simple tables can be included for the review process, but will be removed in any publication. You can edit, delete or simply reload your abstract(s) as often as you like online. After expiry of the deadline abstracts can only be withdrawn in writing.

Encore abstracts are not accepted.

Abstracts of which only parts of the data had been submitted at other congresses, are allowed for submission.

Abstracts concerning a still ongoing study can be submitted. In case of acceptance it is of course to implement latest findings until the respective deadlines (e-Posters / Oral presentations).

EANM will not accept any late breaking abstracts.

Notification of Abstract Acceptance:

Authors will be notified about the acceptance of abstracts by email on June 19, 2019.

Guidelines:

Guidelines for Oral Presentations as well as for e-Poster Submissions will be available online at the beginning of June 2019.
